One of our clients was in need of a dumbwaiter for his house. It should be easy to use and also reliable. Keeping the headroom in our minds, which was pretty restrictive we did what we could. Initially, the customer needed a 200kgs dumbwaiter that had a machine at its base. Inside it, the client’s need was an 8 feet lift, therefore it did not need to be a large machine. Though it did have some of the best features that could be used at any given time.
Measurement began as soon as the client’s order came. Afterward, we showcased many of our’s residential dumbwaiter models to the client. We also showed the customer the total costs. Figuring it out themselves is not our client’s panache, so we do our best whenever we try.
The customer had already cut the ceiling for 1250 x 1350 frame. We placed a box at counter height in downstairs and upstairs. We did not have a lot of options as the height was pretty restrictive, which meant no errors will be tolerated to come up with different options. But still, it was more than ok.
The customer had measured an installation size of 1300x1200Dmm and upstairs we had 2660mm. We thought the perfect design for this client would be the dumbwaiter with 200kgs capacity, 2 stops and cabin size of 900x900x700mm. For this dumbwaiter cabin opening, we went for a single opening. This happened whilst we already had bought and landing doors. The results paid off and the experience was fun. The motor unit under it worked perfectly well. The customer also agreed with the counter level entrance. We added rise and fall shutter for convenience and professionalism
Since we have been supplying parts and packing for the user, the installation process is very simple. We also provided a manual and video installation for the customer, which we did the same for all the dumbwaiters we delivered.
